Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Receipt Generator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use our receipt generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Free Plan
The free plan allows you to create up to 5 receipts. This limit is per account and cannot be reset. Basic templates and core features are included. No credit card is required to use the free plan.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan is a one-time purchase of $9 (or $89/yearly) that unlocks unlimited receipts, premium templates, custom branding, priority support, and all future features. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your Pro status is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plan purchases. To request a refund, email arecky105@gmail.com with your account email and receipt number within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Receipt Generator only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent receipts, harass others, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Intellectual Property
The Receipt Generator name, logo, templates, and software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the receipt data you create using our service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Receipt Generator is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro plan.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
